What if I have a question before placing an order?

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order before payment but once you have made the payment for your order, it will be difficult for us to change the order for you. 

 

How do I check my order status?

We offers a fast way of checking all orders. You just need to log in to your account to check the status of your package.

Once we received your purchase order, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your order.

How to calculate shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for customers in Asian countries. 

For Non-Asian countries, shipping cost per book is USD 3.00. 

 

Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customsduties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount of it. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local custom laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

How can I track my package?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.  Please track it in your member account. If you have further question, please contact info@the-dancingdragons.com.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable toship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide astreet address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it willdelay shipment of your items.

 

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, pls try to check:

1. Tracking number.

2. Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a localPost Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.

3. The driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe suchas your porch if it showed the parcel already delivered on website. You alsocan check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.

If you still can't find your parcel, please email us at info@the-dancingdragons.com and quote your order number. We'll help you locate your parcel. 

 

What will the shipping company do if they cannot contact with the receiver when the parcel arrive?

Most of shipping company will deliver the parcel for three times if they the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse which cannot be redelivery after the last time delivery. Customers are required to provide correct mailing address and contact number making their purchase orders. Our company is not responsible for mistakes made by the customers.
